<p>1. Chapter 5638, laws of 1907, containing the provision “this act shall take effect immediately on becoming a law” went into effect on its approval by the governor.</p> <p>2. Chapter 5638, laws of 1907, amending section 1698 of the general statutes, relating to procurement and effect of writs of error, applied also to appeals in equity causes.</p>
