Syllabus

<p>1. Master and Servant — Injury to Servant — Negligence oe Master.</p> <p>It is actionable negligence for a master not to warn an inexperienced servant of the dangers of the employment and instruct him how to avoid them.</p> <p>2. Death — Damages—Mental Sueeering.</p> <p>Damages may be allowed for the mental sufferings of a parent from the death of a child.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
