<p>Wills. Competent person may dispose of property hy will in any manner not prohibited hy law; beneficiaries competent to contract may repudiate will and malee family settlement agreement ioith heirs.</p> <p>While a person of competent age may dispose of his property hy will in any manner not prohibited by law, it is also true that the beneficiary may refuse to accept the will, and, where a will disposes of property absolutely and unconditionally, and the beneficiaries, being competent to contract, repudiate tbe will and enter into an agreement witb tbe beirs in a family settlement, tbe renunciation relates back to the date of tbe death, and such will will not be probated, and administration may be had as in case of intestacy.</p>
