Syllabus
<p>Married women — Principal and surety — Judgment note — Conflict of laws.</p> <p>Where a married woman is requested by her husband to sign a judgment note as his surety and she does so in Pennsylvania, and there is nothing upon the face of the note to indicate that the contract was to be performed outside of the state of Pennsylvania, and the note is delivered by the husband outside of Pennsylvania, and in a state where the note was valid, without his wife being present, a judgment entered on the note in Pennsylvania will be opened as to the wife in the absence of any direct evidence that the wife authorized her husband to deliver it outside the state, or that she knew the note was to be so delivered.</p>
