Syllabus

<p>1. Dissolution of injunction—assessment of damages under the law of 1861. Where, upon bill filed for an injunction, a temporary restraining order is granted until a formal application for an injunction can be made, and on such formal application being made the injunction is denied, there can be no assessment of damages under the law of 1861, the restraining order not requiring the action of a court to dissolve it.</p>
