<p>syll'abus by the court.</p> <p>Sale — Shipment of Goods Different from Those Ordered — Special Findings — Contrary to General Verdict. The jury returned a general verdict in favor of the plaintiff for certain articles ordered by and shipped to the defendant, but by their answers to special questions found that the sizes of such articles were not approved by the defendant and were different from those specified in the order, and the trial court set aside the general verdict and rendered judgment for the defendant on such answers. Held, proper.</p>
