Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>In a. suit for damages for assault and battery the plaintiff cannot recover if he was the aggressor.</p> <p>Courts will not disregard the testimony of witnesses on the ground that it is improbable, when it is not shown to be impossible.</p> <p>A party will not be heard to impeach the credibility of the witness he adduces.</p>
