<p>Mortgage. Lime stock. Increase. Innocent purchaser.</p> <p>Under a deed of trust on a mare and other property, and “any increase of property, real or personal, that may be hereafter acquired by purchase or otherwise,” a purchaser at trustee’s sale will acquire title to a colt of the mare foaled while the trust deed was in force, as against a purchaser of the grantor who bought with actual notice of the lien.
