<p>Specific Performance — Defenses—Failure to Pat Price — Nominal Damages. Specific performance of an oral contract to convey land, of which the vendees- were put in possession without making-any payment, will not he decreed where the vendees breached a condition relating to the payment of part of the purchase price, the price to be paid was the full market value, and the vendees had incurred but a nominal expense in building a fence.</p>
