<p>Appeal—Recoed—Statement oe Facts. In the absence of a statement of facts, error depending upon the evidence cannot be assigned.</p> <p>Appeal—Review—Amendments—Continuance—Haemless Eeeoe. Error in permitting a trial amendment to the complaint cannot be urged where no surprise was shown or continuance asked.</p> <p>Appeal—Review—Findings. Findings of fact cannot be reviewed in the absence of the evidence.</p>
