<p>APPEAL—RECEIVER IN THE CAUSE A NECESSARY PARTY.</p> <p>Upon appeal from an order in a cause in which a receiver had theretofore been appointed, the receiver is a necessary party and entitled to be served with notice of the appeal.</p>
