<p>1. Proceeds of attached property — Garnishment of.— Where property attached has been sold as perishable, and afterwards the writ of attachment is quashed, and the clerk ordered to pay over the proceeds to the defendant in attachment, those proceeds in the hands of the clerk are not subject to garnishment.</p> <p>2.
