<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Judgments — Special Findings — General Verdict. It is error for a court to set aside a general verdict and enter judgment on the special findings, unless the special findings compel such action. Where it is possible to harmonize the special findings with the general verdict the latter is controlling.</p>
