<p>COURTS — ERROR—JUSTICE OF THE PEACE — PARTNERSHIP.</p> <p>Taggart and Donahue, JJ.</p> <p>(McCarty, J., not sitting.)</p> <p>1. Tesansceiet Certified to be Correct and True Binding on Reviewing Court. A transcript of a justice of the peace filed in the common pleas on error proceedings must be considered conclusive by the reviewing court as to the correctness thereof.</p> <p>,2. Justice of the Peace has no Jurisdiction of Action for Undetermined Profits.</p> <p>A justice of the peace has no jurisdiction o'f an action at law to recover earned profits due one member of a joint enterprise until the profits have been determined by an accounting, either between the parties themselves or by a court of competent jurisdiction.</p> <p>[Syllabus approved by the court.]</p>
