<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Practice, Trial — Cross-Examination—Discretion of Court.— The limitation of cross-examination is a matter which rests in the sound discretion of the court, and unless there is manifest abuse of such discretion, the higher court will not reverse the ruling of the trial court.</p> <p>2. Bill of Lading — Title to Goods Covered by. — A bill of lading, prima facie vests the ownership of goods shipped, in the consignee, unless the contrary is shown, either in the bill of lading itself or by some extrinsic evidence.</p> <p>3. Appellate Practice — Objection by Appellee. — Where an appellee does not except to the amount of the judgment, the appellant can not take advantage of it by exception and appeal, even if it is erroneous, as the ruling is in his favor.</p>
