Opternative, Inc. challenges the Eye Care Consumer Protection Law?sections 40-24-10 and 40-24-20 of the South Carolina Code (Supp. 2025)?as violative of equal protection and due process under article I, section 3 of the South Carolina Constitution. We find the Law is constitutional, and affirm the circuit court.
