<p>Conveesion—Findings—New Teial—Conflict of Evidence.—In an action for the conversion of stock of a railroad company, held, that the findings are sufficient to support the judgment, and are sustained hy the evidence.</p> <p>Cost Bill—Notice.—Under § 1033, Code of Civil Procedure, as it formerly stood, a cost hill served and filed more than five days after the prevailing party had served upon the adverse party notice of the decision was too late.</p>
