<p>1. Arrest — Necessity or Warrant.</p> <p>An arrest may at times and under the necessity of the case be made without warrant.</p> <p>TEd. Note. — For cases in point, see Cent. Dig. vol. 4, Arrest, §§ 144-160.]</p> <p>2. Same — Ie an Arrest be Entirely Illegal.</p> <p>An arrest made arbitrarily is a trespass and a crime.
