<p>1. Contempt. Jury trial.</p> <p>In a proceeding for contempt of court defendants are not entitled to a trial by jury.</p> <p>2. Same. Sworn ansioer. Evidence.</p> <p>In a proceeding for a constructive contempt, the sworn answer, of eontemnor does not preclude the hearing of evidence to establish the contempt charged.</p>
