<p>Defective paper-books — Failure to print pleadings — Nonsuit—Rules of court.</p> <p>Failure to print the pleadings when necessary to an understanding of the case is a violation of Rule 24 and subjects the appellant to nonsuit.</p> <p>Landlord and tenant — Return of personal properly — Tenant's liability for balance of term,.</p> <p>Under a lease pure and simple of personal property, the return of the property during the term does not release the lessee from liability for the balance of rent due under the lease.</p>
