<p>Shipping (§§ 49, 62*) — Claim: for Charter Hire — Deductions.</p> <p>Held that the charterer was entitled to deduct (1) for quarantine detention, (2) advances to the master, (3) loss of time while awaiting dry docking, and (4) for a compromise with the master with respect to time lost through defective winches.</p> <p>[Ed.
