<p>Constituxional Law—Due Pbocess—Railboads—Regulation— Requiring Spur Tracks. An order of the railroad commission compelling a railroad company to construct and operate a spur track from its main line to a private sawmill, without compensation, is a taking of private property without due process of law, in contravention of the fourteenth amendment to the Federal constitution.</p> <p>Fullerton, J., dissenting.</p>
