Syllabus

<p>Conditional Contract.—An offer by a party to perform certain services for another party, provided he complies with certain conditions named in the offer, does not create a contract unless the conditions are complied with by the other party ; and if the party making the offer performs the services, relying alone on the promise of the other party to comply with the conditions, an action will not lie on the proposed contract to recover for the services performed.</p>
