Syllabus
<p>Marriage — Evidence—Administration—Decedents' estates.</p> <p>On an issue to determine the sanity of an intestate at the time of his marriage to a woman who claimed administration on his estate, as his widow, the inquiry for the jury is as to decedent’s mental condition at the very time of the marriage ceremony; but evidence of his condition both ■before and afterwards is proper for consideration by the jury, as bearing upon the question of his mental condition at the time of the marriage.</p>
