<p>An appeal from the action of the court discharging a rule to show cause why appellants’ bond, as trustees of The Seventh-Day Baptists of Ephrata, should not be approved, and making absolute a rule to show cause why the bond of appellees, as trustees of said society, and approving the bond of the appellants as trustees of this religious society, under the special Acts of Feb. 2i, 1814, and Feb. 10, 1865, was quashed.</p>
