Syllabus
<p>Mining Partner.—If one partner and part owner in a mining claim convey his interest to a stranger, the latter becomes thereby a partner with the other owners, and entitled to all the rights of his grantor.</p> <p>Dissolution, Partition, and Accounting.—A partner cannot have partition and accounting without a dissolution of partnership; and a dissolution being found and decreed, the decree should provide for an accounting.</p>
