Syllabus

Trial court properly granted summary judgment to school district on plaintiff's negligence claim. The defect in the curb/sidewalk on which plaintiff tripped and fell was open and obvious. The open and obvious doctrine was not negated by any attendant circumstances. Judgment affirmed.
