<p>Act of Congress Dividing Nez Perce County — Terms of Court— Creation of Latah County — Judicial Expenses. — 1. By act of Congress Nez Perees county was divided and Latab county created.</p> <p>Terms of Court for Latah County. — 2. By section 7 of said act it was provided that Latab county should be and remain a part of Nez Perees county for judicial purposes, until tbe next meeting of tbe judges of tbe supreme court of tbe territory of Idaho, when terms of court were to be fixed for Latab county.</p> <p>Latah to Pay. Proportion of Debt. — 3. By section 5 of said act Latab was to pay to Nez Perees county ber just proportion of tbe' net indebtedness of tbe latter county.</p> <p>Judicial Expenses — How to be Paid. — 4. Held, that Latab county is liable to pay ber just proportion of tbe judicial expenses of tbe county of Nez Perces, until December 31, 1888.</p> <p>(Syllabus by tbe court.)</p>
