Syllabus

<p>Public Service Commission — Public Service Company Law — • Reparation — Appeals.</p> <p>No appeal lies from an order of reparation made by the Public Service Commission. Under the provisions of section 5', article V, of the Public Service Company Law, on failure to comply with an order for reparation, the person named therein, to whom such payment is directed to be made, may sue therefor in any court of common pleas in this Commonwealth, and the order made by the Commission shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated, and that the amount awarded is justly due the plaintiff in such suit.</p> <p>Since the statute prohibits an appeal from an order for reparation and provides for its enforcement by suit in the common pleas an appeal to the Superior Court will be quashed.</p>
