<p>Contract — Nudum pactum — Subscription to future issue of bonds.</p> <p>The agreement in this case to subscribe to bonds to be issued in futuro by a railroad company does not constitute an enforceable contract. It is rather an expression of an intention than a contract, being at most but a promise to lend in futuro and is nudum pactum.</p>
