<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Partnership — Death of a Partner ■ — Unsatisfied Judgment — Dormancy — Revivor. Upon the death of one of the members of a partnership in whose favor a judgment has been recovered the judgment becomes dormant, and no execution ■ can issue thereon until the judgment is revived as provided by law.</p>
