<p>Railroads — Grade crossings — Electric railways — Act of June 19, 1871.</p> <p>A grade crossing of a railroad by an electric railway will not be authorized where it appears that there is no physical obstacle to the erection of an overhead crossing; that the cost of the erection of such crossing would not be more than $2,600, and that there are no adjoining owners whose property would be interfered with by such a crossing.</p>
