<p>Admiralty (§ 118*)—Review—Sufficiency of Evidence.</p> <p>A decree dismissing a libel for collision cannot be reversed where the testimony on which the right to recover depended was directly contradicted by other witnesses, all of whom testified before the court.</p> <p>[Ed.
