<p>Negligence — Municipalities — •Slippery pavement —■ Injuries to mule.</p> <p>A city cannot be held in damages for an injury to a mule resulting from its falling upon a street, where the only negligence charged is that the pavement on which the,animal fell was composed of wooden blocks laid close together, presenting a hard, smooth and even surface which when wet became slippery.</p>
