Syllabus

<p>There being testimony on the part of .the plaintiffs sufficient to support a verdict, it will not be set aside on the ground that some of the testimony was contradicted unless it is apparent that the verdict of the jury was controlled by considerations other than a due regard to the evidence.</p>
