<p>ATTACHMENT — TEN PER CENT LAW.</p> <p>Haynes, Parker and'Wildman, JJ.</p> <p>1. Jurisdiction on Circuit Court to Review Action on Common Pleas Court in' Attachment Proceeding.</p> <p>A motion to discharge an attachment, having been overruled by the justice of the peace, the judgment of the common pleas court affirming such action is not final and the circuit court may review the action of the common pleas court.</p> <p>2. Necessity on Demand on Debtor in Garnishment Proceedings under the Ten Per Cent Law.</p> <p>Demand in writing of the debtor for 10- per cent of the debtor’s wages is a condition precedent to the right of the creditor to an order attaching such portion of the debtor’s wages under Rev. Stat. 6501 (Lan. 10078), providing for such garnishment proceedings. (Wildman, J., dissents.)</p> <p>[Syllabus approved by the court.]</p>
