Syllabus

<p>1. The objection that the court has not jurisdiction of the action is not waived by a failure to demur to the complaint, upon that ground, in the court below, and may be taken at any time, either in the trial court or in this court on appeal.</p> <p>2. This court will take judicial notice of the organization, jurisdiction and judges of the inferior courts within its jurisdiction, established under general laws, and will take judicial notice that the jurisdiction of the county court of Moody county is limited to actions in which the debt, damage, claim or value of the property involved does not exceed $500.</p> <p>3. When, in an action commenced in the county court of Moody county, the plaintiff claimed damages in the sum of $500, and interest thereon for a period of nearly one year, the amount claimed exceeds $500, and that court has no jurisdiction of the action.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.</p>
