<p>Where, it, clearly appears from the appeal record that a tax deed was offered in evidence on the trial, and that the court understood, when he made fcis certificate that the hill of exceptions included all evidence offered and received at the trial,” that it contained a copy of such tax deed, and appellant's affidavit shows that the omission was excusable, an application to insert a copy of the tax deed as an exhibit to the bill of exceptions will ho granted.</p>
