<p>Payment. Mortgagor suing for over-payment cannot recover interest on notes actually due.</p> <p>On a bill by a mortgagor to recover an amount paid in excess of the amount actually due, he was not entitled to recover interest owing on the notes actually due to the date of the payment.</p>
