Syllabus

Judgment affirmed in part, reversed in part, case remanded. As appellants' negligence claim accrued in 2016, when the allegedly negligent act occurred, the trial court erred by finding appellants' negligence claim barred by the statute of limitations. The trial court did not err by finding no genuine issue of material fact as to appellants' breach of fiduciary duty or negligent misrepresentation claims. As the case will be remanded, appellants' assignments of error pertaining to the trial court's interlocutory rulings were moot.
