Syllabus

<p>Appeals — Final decree — Interlocutory decree — Decree appointing a master to conduct stockholders’ meeting of a corporation.</p> <p>A decree is not final, within the meaning of the act conferring appellate jurisdiction, unless upon its aifirmance nothing remains but to execute it.</p> <p>A decree appointing a master to conduct a meeting of the stockholders of a corporation, and to report to the court, is not final, and an appeal does not lie from it. In such a case it is immaterial that the court has found as a fact that the complainants .who filed the bill for the appointment of a master were stockholders of the corporation, and had been forcibly excluded from a meeting previously held.</p>
