Service of Process, When corporations are to be summoned as garnishees, the process must be served on the president, treasurer, cashier, or paying clerk of such corporation.</p> <p>Attachment. Insurance. Foreign Corporations. The act of March 17, 1881, in relation to foreign insurance companies transacting business within this State, did not extend the attachment law nor authorize the issuing of attachment process against foreign corporations.</p>
