Syllabus
<p>Agriculture — Liens on Crop — Evidence — Sufficiency.</p> <p>In this case, the court finds that the actual use of money, advanced for the purchase of necessary supplies and the payment of necessary ■expenses in the making of a crop of cotton, may be arrived at by showing that the money was actually advanced, that the crop was actual-, ly made, and that no sufficient amount for the making was obtained from any other source.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
