<p>APPEAL-INSUFFICIENCY OF EVIDENCE.</p> <p>The findings of the trial court will not be disturbed in a case triable de novo on appeal, when the testimony is conflicting, without preponderating strongly in favor of the defendant, since weight should be given to the judgment of the court who saw and heard the witnesses testify.</p>
