<p>Mandamus — Grant of Injunction — Enforcement of Ordinance.</p> <p>The authority conferred on the Supreme •Court, by article 94 of the Constitution, to .grant remedial writs in the exercise of a supervisory jurisdiction, should be only exercised in special emergency cases, and in order to prevent .great impending present injury.
