Syllabus

<p>1. Deed—Acknowledgment oe married women.— Under the act of April 30, 1846 (Pasch. Dig., art. 1003), regulating the method of conveying the separate property of the wife and homestead, if the certificate of the officer recites that the wife signed the deed as her voluntary act and deed, etc., the omission to certify that she acknowledged that she had also “ sealed and delivered ” the deed as prescribed by the form given in the statute, is not material.</p>
