Syllabus
Trial court decision overruling wife's motion for relief pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B) was not error, where undisputed evidence demonstrated that husband had included property possessed by wife in his disclosures, and also that wife had admitted that the purchase cost of that property was approximately $100,000, and therefore wife could not claim she relied on lower estimated value contained in husband's property disclosure in accepting divorce property settlement. Wife's arguments regarding admissibility of evidence at Civ.R. 60(B) hearing were forfeited by her failure to present them to the trial court. Assignments of error overruled and judgment affirmed.
