<p>Case—Personal Injuries—Evidence—Contributory Negligence— Nonsuit Refused—Jury Instructed to return Verdict for Defendant.</p> <p>Upon the evidence presented by the plaintifi a motion for a nonsuit was refused. Upon the conclusion of the evidence on both sides the jury were instructed to return -a verdict for the defendant.</p>
