Syllabus

<p>In an action of ejectment, where the defendant claimed title by adverse possession, it was not error for the court to exclude from the evidence in the case the following question to the defendant: “ You got notice from the plaintiff not to put your building on his land, and then you put it a certain distance further away,” to show that the defendant recognized the alleged division line.</p> <p>Where a witness is called and examined as to adverse user, it is not proper cross-examination to ask him about the division line.</p>
