<p>Appeal — Review—Findings. Findings upon conflicting evidence will not be disturbed on appeal if sustained by tbe preponderance of tbe testimony.</p> <p>Appeal — Review—Harmless Error — Evidence. In an action tried to tbe court, errors of law in tbe rejection or admission of evidence are not prejudicial, where tbe result would not bave been different.</p> <p>Principal and Agent — Evidence—Admissibility. Upon an issue as to wbetber a person was tbe agent of tbe defendant corporation, an admission in another case that be was tbe agent of one of tbe defendant’s officers is inadmissible; especially where tbe agency was not in issue in such case.</p>
